We aim to dispatch every order that is in stock within 3 business days. This is done directly from our Christchurch studio.

In the rare occasion that an order received is unable to be fulfilled, we will refund that item as quickly as possible. Items sitting in your cart or wish list are not reserved as we do not carry large quantities of all stock - we make every magnet by hand <3

Our standard shipping rate within NZ is $7 and we offer free shipping for all orders over $50 - tempting I know!

Please reach out via our contact form if you would like a quote for International shipping - we will do our best to help make this happen!

To get in touch regarding a return please make contact with us at hello@fridgeparty.co.nz within 7 days of receiving the goods. In terms of product imperfections or delivery issues please make contact within 14 days, otherwise returns will not be able to be accepted. 

The homewares must be in their original packaging with any backing cards or tags still attached and in an unused original condition.

Every Fridge Party piece is handmade with lots of care (and caffeine nearby).

Because our products are individually handmade, slight variations in colour, glaze, shape or finish are part of their charm and make each piece unique (just as special as you!)

That being said - if your order arrives damaged, faulty, or something doesn’t seem right, please get in touch at hello@fridgeparty.co.nz within 14 days of receiving your order and we’ll work with you to make it right.

Please note that general wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, dropping, exposure to water where not intended, or damage caused by incorrect installation/use are not covered.

Caring for your Magnet

Care for your magnet by wiping with a slightly damp cloth as needed. (No dishwashers, please!) Avoid wetting the back of the ceramics as they are unglazed.

These magnets are made for fridges, not tiny hands and each product contains a strong magnet - if damaged or separated, keep out of reach of children and pets. Swallowed magnets can cause serious internal injury. For decorative use only. Not a toy.
