Everything is handmade with lots of care in our Christchurch studio, so here's everything you need to know about shipping, returns, quality and looking after your Fridge Party pieces.

Shipping

NZ shipping - $7
Free NZ shipping on orders over $50 - tempting, I know!

We aim to dispatch all in-stock orders within 3 business days from our Christchurch studio.

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times depend on the courier network and your destination. While we do our best to get your goodies to you quickly, courier delays, weather and other circumstances outside our control can occasionally affect delivery times.

International shipping

We'd love to send Fridge Party overseas! International shipping is available by quote, so please get in touch via our contact form and we'll do our best to make it happen.

Stock availability

We make every Fridge Party piece by hand and don't carry large quantities of every design. Items sitting in your cart or wishlist aren't reserved, so if you see something you love, don't leave it there too long!

In the rare event that we're unable to fulfil an item you've ordered, we'll refund that item as quickly as possible.

Returns

Changed your mind? No worries - please get in touch at hello@fridgeparty.co.nz within 7 days of receiving your order to discuss a return.

Returned items must be:

• Unused and in their original condition
• In their original packaging
• Accompanied by any original backing cards or tags

Please note that change-of-mind returns are subject to the applicable terms and conditions. Return shipping costs may apply.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or you've received the wrong item, please contact hello@fridgeparty.co.nz within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please include a description of the issue and, where possible, photos of the item and packaging. We'll work with you to find an appropriate solution.

Your rights under New Zealand consumer law aren't affected by the timeframes outlined on this page.

Our Quality Promise

Every Fridge Party piece is handmade with lots of care (and caffeine nearby).

Because each piece is individually handmade, you may notice slight variations in colour, glaze, shape, texture or finish. These aren't mistakes - they're part of the charm of handmade ceramics and make each piece unique, just as special as you!

Your piece might not look exactly like the one pictured online, and that's part of what makes it yours. ♡

That being said, if something doesn't seem right, please get in touch. If your order arrives damaged or faulty, we'll always do our best to make it right.

Our products aren't covered for general wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, dropping, exposure to water where not intended, or damage caused by incorrect installation or use.

Our magnets and homewares are designed to be loved, handled with care and enjoyed for years to come.

Caring for Your Magnet

Give the glazed parts of your magnet a gentle wipe with a slightly damp cloth whenever it needs a clean.

Please don't put your magnet in the dishwasher.

The back of our ceramic magnets is unglazed, so avoid getting the back unnecessarily wet or soaking the magnet.

And, as tempting as it might be, please don't use your magnet as a coaster, bath toy, paperweight, throwing object or anything else it wasn't designed for. We know you're creative, but these guys are made for the fridge! (Or locker, whiteboard etc...)

Magnet Safety

Made for fridges, not tiny hands.

Each Fridge Party magnet contains a strong magnet and is intended for decorative use only. It is not a toy.

Keep magnets away from babies, children and pets. If a magnet is damaged or becomes separated from the ceramic, stop using it and keep it out of reach.

Swallowed magnets can cause serious internal injury. If a magnet is swallowed, seek urgent medical attention.

Caring for Your Fridge Party Homewares

Our homewares are handmade and should be handled with a little extra love.

Unless otherwise stated for a specific product:

• Wipe clean with a soft, slightly damp cloth
• Avoid soaking or prolonged exposure to water
• Handle carefully and avoid dropping
• Don't put pieces in the dishwasher unless the product description specifically says they're dishwasher safe

If a particular piece needs special care, we'll include those instructions on its product page.
